Lose Weight and Feel Great with the Cayenne Pepper Diet

Do you ever wonder why there are people who seem to be an off limit zone for fats? There are just some who are lucky enough not to get fat instantaneously and there are some who have the power to get rid of them. Talking about power, we’re not referring here that thing you get when a fairy move her wands or something you get when you wipe genie’s lamp. The power here can be the water cayenne pepper diet. New term? Well, the water cayenne pepper diet is something you get when you limit yourself to lemonade extract, tea, water, and cayenne pepper for 10 days. As new as it may sound, it is not actually a new fangled one in the dieting arena since a lot of people had already confess about the effectiveness of the diet, take Beyonce Knowles and Mariah Carey as an example.

Say goodbye to those school brats on your high school days who would always call you as the Ms. Flabby Chubby since the moment you’re done with the whole procedure, I bet, they may even fall off their feet in great astonishment. Much more than giving due benefit to your physical body, the water cayenne pepper diet can actually boost confidence than never before. How would you feel if you can get a 26 waist line from the previous 29 inches in just 10 days? Of course, you’ll feel like walking on cloud nine where every people would drop their eyeball off their socket in great longing.

As good s it may sound, there is indeed nothing perfectly made in this world. There are people who contest against the water cayenne pepper diet given that there are some untoward side effects that are observed among dieters. In view of this, it is only wise to follow the diet as strict as possible, follow what is said and written on the rules and if possible do the whole thing under the supervision of a physician. Additionally, your body must also be attuned with the detoxification procedure given by water cayenne pepper diet. If you met some grave side effect along the way, do not continue instead ask the help of a physician right ahead to prevent further complications. The recommended span of time that one can take it is only for 10 days, higher than this is not suggested unless otherwise suggested by a physician.

You need to drink the minimum amount of lemonade per day; Burroughs and Glickman suggest that the dieter should take 6 to 12 glasses everyday along with 8 calories per 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 100 calories of 2 tablespoons Grade B maple syrup, and 1 calories in every 1/6 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. So you could prevent dehydration while under the water cayenne pepper diet, water should be consumed in high amount throughout the day and this is also helpful since it further aid in the cleaning procedure. Again, if you wish to follow the program, consult your physician beforehand.

Purchased the book a few days into my first cleanse and found answers to many questions I had. The cleanse wasn’t easy but was successful, even in a way I hadn’t expected. After 4 or 5 days I realized that my allergies/hay fever/asthma symptoms were greatly diminished and so I quit taking any medication (even over the counter.) Stayed on the cleanse for 14 days and did not have any symptoms for those days or 2 months following. Did my second 14 day cleanse after 3 months (with symptoms returning) with the same results. Am really trying to watch what I eat now in hopes of keeping all the sneezing, runny nose and eyes, and breathing problems at bay. The book helped with motivation and staying on course as well as providing valuable information.

The Master Cleanse is a modified juice fast developed by Stanley Borroughs more than 60 years ago. Burroughs’s booklet “The Master Cleanser,” which describes the fast is still in print, but lacks details and may leave the reader with more than a few unanswered questions. Peter Glickman, while searching for the means to reclaim his own health, discovered the Master Cleanse and did it for the first time in January of 2003. Glickman was so pleased with his results from the fast that he decided to add an electronic bulletin board to his raw food Web site to help spread the word about the Master Cleanse and to provide a forum where interested participants could share their experiences and ask those questions not answered by Burroughs’s book.

The positive response to the Master Cleanse bulletin board and the lack of details in Burroughs’s booklet led Glickman to write a more detailed book on the Master Cleanse titled “Lose Weight, Have More Energy
